Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

RidePrint ("we", "us", "our") operates rideprint.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided when you create an account.
  • Bike and service data — bike details, service records, components, specs, ride logs, receipts, and photos that you enter or upload.
  • Strava data — if you choose to connect your Strava account, we receive and store activity data including ride titles, dates, distances, elapsed time, and the Strava gear ID associated with each activity. We request the activity:read_all scope (read access to all your activities, including private ones, so rides you log privately on Strava are still tracked for maintenance purposes) and the profile:read_all scope (read access to your athlete profile, used to retrieve your registered bikes/gear for import). We do not access your heart rate, power, GPS route data, or any private messages from Strava.
  • Usage data — basic analytics (page views, referrers) collected by Vercel and our analytics provider. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.

How we use your information

  • To provide and operate the RidePrint service.
  • To sync Strava ride data to your bikes, calculate mileage totals, and power maintenance interval tracking.
  • To send service interval reminder emails, if you enable them in your account settings.
  • To display your bike's public profile page, if you set it to public.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Strava integration

RidePrint uses the Strava API to import your ride activities. By connecting your Strava account you authorize RidePrint to read your activities on your behalf. Your Strava OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used to fetch your activity data.

To disconnect Strava: go to Account settings and click "Disconnect Strava". You can also revoke access directly in your Strava app settings. Disconnecting removes your Strava tokens from our database; previously imported ride records remain in your RidePrint account.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the United States. We use row-level security so that only you can access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your account data at any time from within the app. To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
