Terms of Service

Last updated: May 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RidePrint ("we", "us", "our") and the services available at rideprint.com. By creating an account or using RidePrint, you agree to these Terms.

Use of service

RidePrint is a bike maintenance tracking tool. You may use it to log your own bikes, service records, rides, and components. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

  • Use RidePrint for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is abusive, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
  • Abuse automated features (bulk API calls, bots) in ways that degrade service for others

Your content

You own the data you enter into RidePrint — service records, ride logs, photos, and notes. We store it on your behalf and do not sell it to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page.

By uploading photos or receipts, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the app on your behalf, including on public bike profiles if you choose to make them public.

AI-powered features

Some features — spec lookup and receipt scanning — use third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). Content you submit through these features may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their usage policies. We do not store AI-processed content beyond what is necessary to return results to you.

AI-generated bike specifications may contain errors. Always verify critical measurements (travel, geometry, torque specs) against your manufacturer's official documentation before performing maintenance.

Strava integration

If you connect your Strava account, RidePrint will import your ride activities to populate your ride log. You can disconnect Strava at any time from the Account page, which revokes our access and stops future imports. Previously imported rides are not deleted on disconnect.

Beta access & availability

RidePrint is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or improvements. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but we recommend exporting records you consider critical.

Limitation of liability

RidePrint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of RidePrint after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
