Connecting Strava to RidePrint
Connect your Strava account and every ride you record is imported automatically — mileage rolls up to the right bike and your service intervals stay accurate without manual logging. Takes about two minutes.
Open Account settings
Sign in to RidePrint and tap Account in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll down to the Strava card and tap the connect button.

Authorize on Strava
You'll be sent to strava.com (or the Strava app on your phone) to approve access. Sign in to Strava if asked, then tap Authorize. Keep both permission boxes checked — RidePrint needs to view your activities and profile to import rides. We never post to Strava or change anything on your account.
RidePrint asks for read-only access: view activity data and view profile data. If you uncheck these, the connection will fail.
Import your bikes
Back on the Account page you'll see a green confirmation. If you have bikes set up in Strava, RidePrint offers to import them — or link each one to a bike already in your garage so mileage lands in the right place.

Choose a default bike and save
Pick which activity types to import and set a default bike— any ride that isn't tagged with specific gear in Strava gets assigned to it. This step matters: without a default bike, untagged rides are skipped. Then tap Save settings.

Sync your ride history
Tap Sync rides from Stravaonce to pull in your existing history. From then on you're done — new rides appear in RidePrint automatically within moments of saving them on Strava.
Troubleshooting
A ride didn't show up+
Check three things in Account → Strava: the ride's activity type is checked under “Import activity types”, a default bike is selected, and the ride isn't set to “private” visibility on Strava. Then tap “Sync rides from Strava” to retry.
I cancelled or denied the Strava authorization+
No problem — nothing was connected. Just tap the “Connect with Strava” button again and approve access with both permission boxes checked.
Rides are landing on the wrong bike+
Tag your gear on the ride in Strava, or change the default bike in Account → Strava. Rides only fall back to the default bike when they have no Strava gear assigned. You can also reassign an individual ride from the Rides page.
How do I disconnect Strava?+
In Account → Strava, tap “Disconnect Strava”. Rides already imported stay in RidePrint; new rides stop syncing. You can reconnect any time.
